Will Calhoun - drums

Wednesday Dec 9th 2009, I was lucky enough to see this legendary band. They played for more than two and a half hours of solid funk, metal and soul. I envy these guys, they seem to be doing exactly what they want.

During the 'three song shoot', I took these pics with my 450D and 100 2.0. I haven't shot live bands on a big stage before, so I was mainly watching my shutter speed, most shots are between 1/125 and 1/250, /F2.0, ISO 1600.

New lens, the Canon EF 100mm F/2.0 USM

Wow, I love my new lens. The Canon EF 100mm F/2.0 USM is perfect for portraits. At band rehersal everybody was my victim, they let me shoot. I love these guys!

Local surf board shop

Here are some oldies. Christian shaping the boards at Keahana Europe. Photo's were never used for promo, we did have a lot of fun shooting.
PS: All shot with a Canon EOS 450D and a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II. Great little gem.

Mokey and Apes Zoo "de Apenheul"

Here are some pics from one of my favorite places in The Netherlands. Most pics are of squirrel monkeys (I personaly believe you can never take too many shots of these little guys).
